CUSTOM DOMESTIC
HOW MUCH IS THE COST OF THE HAT, IS THERE A PRICE LIST?
To provide a cost for the custom project we will need information regarding the style, fabric, embellishment details and quantity. Due to the vast customizations and variables when dealing with custom projects we cannot operate on a price list, once details are gathered, we can provide a quote.
WHAT IS YOUR MOQ?
Our current MOQ for custom production is 50 pcs per color / style (SKU) for most styles, although this can vary depending on the style of hat. Certain minimum for fabrics and trims can often be higher than our hat MOQ therefor those items can be purchased separately and stocked at the factory for future use.
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES AND WHAT IS THE COST?
Yes, full preproduction samples or fit samples can be ordered. The cost will depend on the hat design and can be quoted prior to order.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD LEAD TIMES?
Standard lead-times are 5-6 weeks for bulk production and 2 weeks for sampling (if required). During busy seasons this lead-time can be extended, prior to placing an order please check in with your sales representative to provide a lead-time estimate.
DO YOU ARRANGE SHIPPING AND WHAT IS THE COST?
Yes, we can ship orders on our account (pre-pay and bill), we can provide shipping quotes prior to the order being dispatched. Alternatively, customers can provide shipping account numbers or arrange by sending us a shipping label. The cost to ship will depend on the location and package size, estimates can be provided upon request.
CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM PATTERNS TO OUR SPECIFICATIONS?
Yes, custom patterns can be created, although there is a cost of pattern making and ordering cutting dyes for bulk production. Please consult your sales contact for a quotation. Often customers will use our available patterns as we have a large selection of styles and sizes.
DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE?
We have a customization package which is available to our customers upon request which provides a detailed guide to the styles, fabric, and customization options available.
WHAT’S THE BEST WAY OF SHOWING YOU OUR HAT DESIGN?
There are many ways of showing us your design, the most common way is to send us a mock up or tech pack. Alternately you can browse through our sales package and write a description of the project, or you can setup a phone call or virtual meetings with your sales contact.
CAN WE PROVIDE FABRIC?
Yes, we do accept custom sourced and supplied materials although it’s required that sample yardage is provided to us prior for testing purposes. Its also highly recommended that a sample is ordered to confirm workability.
WHAT FILE TYPE DO YOU ACCEPT FOR ARTWORK?
All artwork for embellishments and trims should be in a vector format. This can be an AI, EPS, SVG or in some cases a PDF file. In special cases high resolution images can work but they are not recommended. If you have a specific font, make sure it has been converted to outlines or you can share your font file. If you do not have vector artwork, we can vectorize graphics for an extra charge.
WHAT COLOUR GUIDE DO YOU USE?
We use the Pantone colour matching system (PMS) for the majority of productions. In-house books include Solid Coated (C) and Uncoated (U). We can match colours to sample hats or fabric swatches provided. Embroidery and Woven labels are matched as closely to the PMS colours based on the thread/yarn options available.

WHERE ARE THE HATS MADE & HOW CAN I TELL IF THEY MEET SOCIAL COMPLIANCE?
Our offshore facilities are in Bangladesh and China. We take social compliance seriously and are voluntarily audited by the strictest third-party agencies in the world. Documentation of social compliance audtis can be made avaiable upon request.
BRANDING SOLUTIONS
WHAT IS YOUR MOQ?
MOQ’s can vary depending on the item and requirements, although most basic trims have an MOQ between 100-250pcs. Please consult your sales contact for more information regarding speicifc MOQ’s.
HOW DO I GET A PRICE?
To get a quote, we will need to understand the type on trim you’re looking for, along with artwork, size and quantity.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD LEAD TIMES?
Lead time will vary depending on the product/service, although most lead times will be between 2-4 weeks.
WHAT IS THE APPROVAL PROCESS?
The approval process for most Trims will be a 2-step process. First we will send you an art proof based off the the artwork you provided with all necessary details, once the proof is approved we will send a picture of the sample.
CAN I ORDER SAMPLES?
Yes, samples can be ordered prior to the bulk order confirmation. The cost will be the setup fee + shipping to your address. Alternatively, if you place a bulk order, in most cases we can proivde a picture of a sample free of charge. If design changes are required after the sampling process, extra setup charges will be required. Please consult your sales contact for more information.

HOW DO I DERTMINE MY SIZE?
Please proivde us with the head circumference of the wearer so we can determine the correct size of the cap. Alternatively, if you’re based locally you can schedule a time with one of our sales representatives to stop by our showroom and get fitted.
HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?
Once the style and customizations are determined, we can provide an accurate quote.
WHAT ARE THE LEAD TIMES?
Lead times will vary depending on the style, quantity and customization requirements. Although, generally it will take 4-6 weeks for productions. If your order is needed sooner or for an event, please contact us so we can confirm workability.
DO YOU SELL CAP ACCESSORIES?
Yes, we sell cap accessories separately, such as buttons, straps and rain covers.
